Hello, I'm Katherine a professional photographer based in Bristol with over six years of experience.
My journey began in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, where I photographed weddings, couples, and families at various resorts. I later returned to the UK to complete a BA in Photography at the University of the West of England, where I developed a strong passion for portrait and architectural photography.
Since graduating, I’ve made Bristol my home and launched Katherine Barnes Photography. I now work across a range of styles, including studio portraiture, headshots, family photography, weddings, and corporate events. I also offer interior and exterior photography, having worked with a construction company for two years capturing before-and-after transformations.
I shoot from my home studio in Bedminster, near Victoria Park — ideal for actor headshots, small business branding, family portraits, and newborn sessions.
